Join us for a day of shared learning and interaction among Collaborative members, interested stakeholders, and the scientific community regarding the following forest and fire topics:
-Historic and modern trends of wildfire on the forest
-Fire effects on vegetation, soil, wildlife, water, unique ecosystem types and other important and relevant resources.
-Effect of fuel treatments and restoration on fire behavior.
-Understanding post-fire restoration work
Bring a lunch, proper clothing and shoes for a day in the woods. We will provide transportation from the ONF office and water.
