Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...The southern Oregon Cascades, this includes highway's 138, and 230 near Diamond Lake, highway 138 east of Diamond Lake. Highway 62 near Crater Lake, and highway 140 near Lake of the Woods. * WHEN...From 10 PM Saturday to 10 AM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute Sunday and Monday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a persistent long duration event with the highest concern for snow covered roads from around sunset Saturday until the late morning hours Sunday, and again around sunset Sunday until late Monday morning.
