...HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH WEDNESDAY WILL LEAD TO AN INCREASED THREAT OF LANDSLIDES IN WESTERN WASHINGTON... Rainfall of one to five inches over the past few days has increased soil moisture to high levels across western Washington. Heavy rainfall of up to 1 to 3 inches is expected through Wednesday, especially in the higher elevations.
