For the Silvies River...including Burns...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Flooding is occurring and flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Silvies River near Burns. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of fields will occur in the Burns area. Water will encroach on some private properties along North Broadway Avenue, Foley Road, and Stancliff Road. Water will be close to flowing on to Highway 20 at the Silvies River Bridge.   • Network for Landscape Conservation Catalyst Fund 2025, request for proposals. The Fund makes strategic investments in strengthening the collaborative capacity of place-based, community-grounded landscape partnerships.
