With snow levels above 7000 feet for the bulk of the precipitation, most of that will be rain and that could be enough to drive the Skokomish River above flood stage. Sneaker waves can suddenly knock people off of their feet and quickly pull them into the frigid ocean which may lead to serious injury or drowning.
