Inundation of around 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County zone. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and storm surge is expected. This is expected to lead to numerous road closures. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Shorline erosion or damage may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest impacts will occur in the hours near high tide at around 1 PM. Winds and large breaking waves will exacerbate impacts due to coastal flooding.

In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to heavy snow.

Breakers up to 23 feet. * WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Destructive waves may wash over beaches, jetties, and other structures unexpectedly. People can be swept off rocks and jetties and drown while observing high surf. Minor beach erosion may damage coastal properties and buildings. Higher than normal water run-up is expected on beaches and low- lying shoreline.

For the Coastal Flood Advisory, tidal overflow flooding expected. * WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 1 PM PST this afternoon. For the High Surf Advisory, until 6 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers. Destructive waves may wash over beaches, jetties, and other structures unexpectedly. People can be swept off rocks and jetties and drown while observing high surf. Minor beach erosion may damage coastal properties and buildings. Higher than normal water run-up is expected on beaches and low-lying shoreline. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides are expected to peak around 11 AM PST Saturday. Toke Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 12.9 feet, Tongue Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 11.8 feet, and Garibaldi tidal gauge is expected to peak around 10.9 feet.

For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 2 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and storm surge is expected. This is expected to lead to numerous road closures. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Shoreline erosion or damage may occur. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest impacts will occur in the hours near high tide at around 11 AM.
