* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 22 to 26 feet. * WHERE...The coast in Coos, Curry and Douglas counties. * WHEN...From 10 PM Wednesday to 10 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Large breaking waves will create hazardous conditions along and within the surf zone, and could inundate beaches and low lying shorelines. Breezy to windy conditions expected through portions of central Oregon. Cities along the Deschutes River from southwest Bend through Redmond and eastward to Prineville will see sustained winds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 40 mph possible. However, the highest winds will be along the exposed ridges across Deschutes and Crook Counties.
