This includes Crater Lake, Diamond Lake, Lake of the Woods and highways 140, 62, 138, and 230. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall is expected between 6 am and 1 pm Sunday when there is a 80-90% of 1 inch per hour rates.
